Welcome to Omni-Posite, a startup company dedicated to driving innovation and sustainability in the construction, automotive, and electronics industries. Wood-Plastic Composite (WPC)

Wood-plastic composite (WPC) is a material made from a mixture of wood fibers and plastic. It is often used for outdoor applications, such as decking, fencing, and railing, as well as for park benches, picnic tables, window and door frames, and cladding and siding.


Hemp-Based Composite

Hemp-based composite is a material made from hemp fibers and a binding agent. It can be used for a variety of applications, including automotive parts, construction materials (such as insulation and wall panels), and furniture.


Flax-Based Composite

Flax-based composite is a material made from flax fibers and a binding agent. It can be used for automotive parts, construction materials, and furniture.


Rice Hull-Based Composite

Rice hull-based composite is a material made from rice hulls and a binding agent. It can be used for automotive parts, construction materials (such as insulation), and agricultural products (such as mulch and seedlings trays).

Solar Tech

Silicon wafers are too expensive for widespread use in energy conversion and new low-cost, high-efficiency materials are needed. Bio-based materials offer several advantages including the ability to generate electricity without external power sources and scalability. The power grid must be updated to handle the influx of renewable energy and hydrogen fuel cells are a promising solution. Graphene-enhanced electrode materials can improve the performance of fuel cells and hemp nano-sheets, made from industrial hemp, have a similar structure to graphene and can be used in hydrogen storage.



Solar Tech

Omni-Posite is researching and developing a solar panel solution using hemp nano-sheets, perovskite solar cells, micro-fluidics, magnetic fields, nanotubes, and exclusion zone water. The company plans to work with associated companies to create a prototyping lab space to build the finished product, which will include a 3D printed frame design, a trichrome nanotube layer for water absorption, and a plasma reactor for structured water. The company will also collaborate with Gerald Pollack and his lab to utilize the fourth phase of water for energy storage in the solar panel's grid storage system. The final goal is to create an irrigation-based grid energy storage system.

Solar Tech

Placing a structured water layer in front of a solar cell in the form of an exclusion zone (EZ) can enhance the absorption of light by the solar cell. This can be achieved by aligning the water molecules within the EZ to create a highly ordered structure. The EZ can act as a waveguide, directing light towards the solar cell and increasing the amount of light that is absorbed.
